Golden, crispy artichoke hearts coated in a savory Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper. In another bowl, place beaten eggs.
  3. Dip each artichoke heart in egg, then coat evenly in the Parmesan mixture. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
