Description

Tender chicken breasts coated in a crispy parmesan and breadcrumb crust, served with a rich and velvety creamy garlic sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • For the sauce: 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Set up a breading station: place flour in one shallow dish, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a third.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, then coat thoroughly with the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
  5. For the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Stir in parsley.
  7. Serve chicken topped with creamy garlic sauce.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
