Description

A savory-sweet puff pastry tart layered with tangy feta, sweet roasted grapes, creamy burrata, and a sticky balsamic-honey drizzle.

For the Crust:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on the prepared sheet. Prick all over with a fork and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  3. Toss grapes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a separate tray for 12-15 minutes until softened.
  4. Once pastry is baked, top with crumbled feta and roasted grapes. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
  5. Place burrata in the center of the pastry. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with thyme. Serve warm.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
