A savory-sweet puff pastry tart layered with tangy feta, sweet roasted grapes, creamy burrata, and a sticky balsamic-honey drizzle.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup red grapes
- 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on the prepared sheet. Prick all over with a fork and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Toss grapes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on a separate tray for 12-15 minutes until softened.
- Once pastry is baked, top with crumbled feta and roasted grapes. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
- Place burrata in the center of the pastry. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze, then sprinkle with thyme. Serve warm.
