For the Crust:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into sticks
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Dip the zucchini sticks in beaten egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with the lemon-parmesan dip.
