For the Crust:
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 cups hulled and chopped strawberries
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring occasionally, until fruit has broken down and jam thickens.
- Stir in vanilla extract during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Allow jam to cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
