For the Crust:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups shredded napa cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, napa cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, green onions, almonds, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
