  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, almonds, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
