Description

A sweet and savory flatbread featuring creamy brie, a tangy raspberry-honey glaze, and crunchy toasted pistachios.

For the Crust:

  • 1 large flatbread or naan
  • 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup shelled pistachios, toasted and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  3. In a small saucepan, warm raspberry preserves and honey over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  4. Drizzle the raspberry-honey glaze over the baked flatbread. Sprinkle with toasted pistachios and fresh thyme.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Slice and serve warm.
