For the Crust:
- 4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer potato slices in muffin cups, sprinkling cheese and bagel seasoning between layers.
- Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before removing from tin. Serve warm.
