Description
These Dubai chocolate strawberries are a luxurious twist on a classic dessert. Dipped in premium chocolate and topped with shredded pistachio and edible gold, they make the perfect treat or gift.
Ingredients
12 fresh large strawberries
200g Belgian dark or milk chocolate
2 tbsp shredded pistachios
1 tsp edible gold dust (optional)
1/2 tsp rose water (optional)
Instructions
1. Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
2. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave.
3. Dip each strawberry in chocolate, coating evenly.
4. Place on parchment paper and sprinkle with shredded pistachio.
5. Dust lightly with gold and let set for 15 minutes.
Notes
For a floral note, add a drop of rose water to melted chocolate.
Use coconut flakes instead of pistachios for a different topping.
Store in a cool place, not refrigerator, to avoid condensation.
