For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven and bake frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add the baked French fries to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the stir-fry mixture.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
