A quick and satisfying bowl featuring tender shrimp in a creamy garlic sauce served over fluffy rice.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Serve the creamy shrimp over cooked rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
