A delightful and creamy eggnog dessert perfect for the holiday season, served in elegant verrine glasses.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold milk and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the eggnog and sugar over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved but do not boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Add the gelatin mixture and whisk until fully dissolved. Pour into verrine glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
