Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, gently mix together the crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
  3. Form the mixture into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
