For the Crust:

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Top the brie with cranberry sauce, spreading evenly over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, then drizzle with honey.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
