- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- Crackers or sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place brie wheel on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, spreading evenly over the surface.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce, then drizzle with honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the brie is soft and slightly melted.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary and serve immediately with crackers or baguette slices.
