A deliciously sweet and savory flatbread topped with creamy brie, caramelized onions, fresh figs, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

For the Crust:
- 1 large pre-made flatbread or pizza crust
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 4 fresh figs, sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Stir in brown sugar and cook until caramelized, about 5 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread caramelized onions evenly over the flatbread. Top with brie slices and fresh fig slices.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Slice and serve warm.
