Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 4 cups fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 whole cloves
- 1 orange, sliced
- 2 cups sparkling water
- Fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a saucepan, combine orange juice, cranberry juice, honey, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Heat over medium until warm and honey is dissolved.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes to infuse the spices. Remove from heat and strain to remove solids.
- Pour the warm juice mixture into mugs, top with sparkling water, and garnish with orange slices, cranberries, and rosemary.
