For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet into a rustic oval shape.
- In a bowl, toss bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
