For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet into a rustic oval shape.
  2. In a bowl, toss bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic with olive oil, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetable mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle mozzarella and feta cheese on top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve warm.
