  • 1 flatbread or naan
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes until slightly crispy.
  2. In a food processor or blender, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
