Description

Fluffy clouds of cream wrapped in chocolatey hugs with a hint of cinnamon magic.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate and ground cinnamon until just combined.
  3. Spoon or pipe the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.
