A unique frozen treat combining sweet, bitter, and salty flavors with espresso, feta cheese, and dark chocolate for an adventurous dessert experience.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in instant espresso powder and crumbled feta cheese until evenly distributed.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the mixture, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid, then break into bark pieces before serving.
