Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold in instant espresso powder and crumbled feta cheese until evenly distributed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture into a thin, even layer.
- Melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the mixture, then sprinkle with sea salt.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid, then break into bark pieces before serving.
