A healthy, customizable frozen treat made with Greek yogurt and fresh toppings, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup granola
- 2 tablespoons chopped nuts (almonds or pistachios)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Sprinkle mixed berries, granola, chopped nuts, and chia seeds (if using) evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
