For the Crust:
- 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and spread evenly in a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie layer.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
