For the Crust:

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus required oil, eggs, and water)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and spread evenly in a greased 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined. Pour cheesecake mixture over brownie layer.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl gently with a knife. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until center is set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
