- 1 lb large sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange scallops in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the scallops.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
