Description
Tender sea scallops baked in a rich garlic butter sauce with a hint of lemon and herbs.

			For the Crust:
- 1 lb large sea scallops, patted dry
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange scallops in the baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
- In a small bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the scallops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until scallops are opaque and topping is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
