Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz), sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped and toasted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:

- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush both sides of each brie round with the garlic butter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until brie is soft and slightly melted but still holding its shape.
- While baking, toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant, then set aside. In another small bowl, combine honey and red pepper flakes to make the hot honey drizzle.
