For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
