Description

A spicy and creamy pasta dish featuring tender Cajun-spiced chicken and linguine tossed in a rich, cheesy mozzarella sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in the sauce.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, heat through, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
