A spicy and creamy pasta dish featuring tender Cajun-spiced chicken and linguine tossed in a rich, cheesy mozzarella sauce.

For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Return chicken to the skillet, heat through, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
