For the Crust:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
