For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
