A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender chicken, earthy mushrooms, and crisp broccoli in a savory garlic sauce, served over steamed rice.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 cups cooked steamed rice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same wok, add sesame oil. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add mushrooms and broccoli, cooking for 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine. Pour in cornstarch slurry and cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve hot over steamed rice.
