For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in chopped parsley and serve immediately over cooked rice.
