A creamy, garlicky shrimp dish served over fluffy rice, perfect for a quick and elegant dinner.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley and serve immediately over cooked rice.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
