Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring corn riblets marinated in a flavorful garlic-lime seasoning and topped with parmesan cheese.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut each ear of corn into 4 rib-like pieces by carefully slicing through the cob.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the corn ribs.
  4. Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
