Description

Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, creamy Cajun-spiced sauce with three cheeses and garlic parmesan flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in remaining Cajun seasoning and paprika. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Gradually add parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
