Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, creamy Cajun-spiced sauce with three cheeses and garlic parmesan flavor.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and half the Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Pour in heavy cream, then stir in remaining Cajun seasoning and paprika. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses, stirring until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce. Cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
