Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a creamy, spicy Cajun sauce with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
