Description

Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, creamy sauce infused with garlic, Parmesan, and a kick of Cajun spice.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked spaghetti. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
