Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, creamy sauce infused with garlic, Parmesan, and a kick of Cajun spice.

For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly. Return chicken to the skillet and add cooked spaghetti. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
