Description

Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, spicy Cajun cream sauce with garlic and Parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce and heat through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
