Tender chicken and spaghetti tossed in a rich, spicy Cajun cream sauce with garlic and Parmesan cheese.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and remaining Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
