Description

A delicious and healthy take on pizza with a cottage cheese crust topped with creamy garlic sauce, fresh spinach, and mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, half of the mozzarella, and the egg until combined.
  3. Spread the cottage cheese mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, sauté garlic in a pan and add spinach until wilted.
  5. Spread ricotta cheese over the crust, then add the sautéed spinach and garlic.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
