For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and oregano to create the glaze.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken bites, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken, stir to coat, and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and glaze, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
