For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made flatbread crust
- 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss walnuts with maple syrup and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for 8-10 minutes until fragrant and golden.
- Brush flatbread crust with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese evenly over the flatbread, then top with dried cherries and roasted walnuts.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme, slice, and serve warm.
