For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and turmeric.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 6-8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, soy sauce, and honey. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve warm.
