For the Crust:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chicken strips with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, and chopped parsley to make the herb butter.
- Lay out tortillas and divide the cooked chicken and shredded cheese evenly among them. Fold the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Brush the wraps with herb butter and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm, optionally with extra herb butter for dipping.
