For the Crust:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares. Place a cube of brie and a sprinkle of walnuts in the center of each square.
- Fold pastry over filling to form triangles, pressing edges to seal. Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and puffed. Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme before serving.
