For the Crust:

  • 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced into star shapes
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss potato stars with olive oil, truffle oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange potato stars in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
