For the Crust:

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons spicy chili crisp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  3. Serve the potato wedges topped with dollops of ricotta cheese and drizzle with spicy chili crisp before serving.
