For the Crust:
- 1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
- 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each crostini with a spoonful of blue cheese, a dollop of raspberry jam, and a sprinkle of fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
