For the Crust:

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped green olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Fold in the fresh parsley, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld before serving.
