For the Crust:

  • 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in the chopped green olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the fresh parsley, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld before serving.
