Description

A bold, tangy, and creamy dip featuring briny green olives, cream cheese, and zesty seasonings, perfect for crackers, veggies, or bread.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pitted green olives, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and well blended.
  2. Fold in the chopped green olives, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Stir in the chopped parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled with crackers, sliced vegetables, or crusty bread. Enjoy!
