Description

A tangy, savory dip made with briny green olives, cream cheese, and herbs, perfect for crackers or vegetable sticks.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in chopped green olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper until well incorporated.
  3. Fold in chopped parsley, then transfer to a serving dish. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
