For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pitted green olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Stir in chopped green olives, minced garlic, dried oregano, and black pepper until well incorporated.
- Fold in chopped parsley, then transfer to a serving dish. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
