- 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine olives, feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper in a food processor.
- Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still slightly chunky.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
