A tangy, creamy dip combining briny green olives with salty feta cheese, perfect for parties or snacking.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup pitted green olives
  • 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine olives, feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth but still slightly chunky.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with extra olive oil, and serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
